The Vicious Cycle

Fortunately (or not), I’ve decided to avoid the vicious cycle while I study for the boards. I am so exhausted by 8pm, that I can’t stay up much later. So I watch TV or read my book and then I go to bed by 10:30pm (for which my friend Gordon would call me a “farmer”). What’s even crazier is that even if I go to bed that early, it’s still a huge challenge to get up at 6:30am to work out.
